Review: This was our first time in India as Europeans, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at The Imperial Hotel! From the moment we landed to the time we departed, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate this beautiful yet chaotic city. The taxis provided by the hotel were top-notch, the room was fantastic, and every single restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff deserves nothing but praise for their professionalism and hospitality. If we ever return to India, we will definitely stay at The Imperial again. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable!

My sister and I, We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Horizon by Shanti. From the moment we entered, we were impressed by the hospitality and warm atmosphere and we were welcomed as guests. A shout out to Deeksha from Front office and Himanshu from 360 who served breakfast with amazing service and customization and remembered our choices from the previous day.     I arrived in Delhi to spend one night and then fly around the country. I booked this hotel. The website says 5 stars. I was shocked by the room in the ethel: dirty, a lot of garbage and hair, I was in a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarette smoke was very clear, the whole company stank of smoke, the room was not ventilated, the carpet was dirty. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. And this is a five star hotel for 220 dollars a night! Sorry - I don't recommend it!
