Comfy bed, beautifully decorated, huge bathroom, pool was nice and the staff was so friendly. Everything is completely new and super clean. As a guest you can lend a bike free of charge. The best stay I’ve had in Asia so far.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel in Luang Prabang! The location is ideal, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the setting is very pleasant. A huge thank you especially to the two young people at the reception — absolutely amazing: always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist us with everything (organizing activities, giving tips about the city, making bookings…). They truly made our stay even more enjoyable! I highly recommend this hotel, both for the quality of the place and the extraordinary kindness of its team.

We recently stayed at The Secret Luang Prabang hotel during our honeymoon, and it was a lovely experience. The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring we got plenty of rest after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests we had. We were welcomed with a small gift, which was a thoughtful touch for our honeymoon. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious local dishes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable place to stay during their honeymoon. We would love to return in the future!

We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. We loved the pool and could sit outside our room and relax while being next to the pool. The location was brilliant and the breakfast was tasty. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The place is brand new and located in a very quiet area of Luang Prabang - this means it's not in the city center, therefore you need to arrange transportation. For me this was not an issue tho. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool area was very good. They let you stay and enjoy the pool after check out if you have time to kill. Staff was very friendly and helped organize transportation to the waterfalls and train station. Would definitely come back again.

Our stay at The Nam Khan Resort was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in until the end of our visit. We spent three wonderful nights there, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room had an incredible view, was spotlessly clean, and we adored the refreshing lemongrass scent throughout. The soothing sound of the river flowing nearby made it a true retreat for us. We enjoyed a massage by the pool since the spa and wellness centre was under renovation, but it was still a relaxing and delightful experience. The in-room dining was excellent, and the staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and attentive—truly some of the best hospitality we've encountered! We were so impressed with their organic vegetable garden and the way they grow fresh produce to serve their guests. As someone who also makes and runs a soap and skincare business in Australia, I was thrilled to see they create their own natural shampoo and shower gel. It made me so proud of Laos and The Nam Khan Resort for this sustainable and thoughtful touch. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the resort, and we hardly felt the need to leave. Although the weather was a bit cool for swimming, and the sauna was still under renovation, we had such a great time relaxing and exploring the premises. Overall, we are incredibly grateful to the Nam Khan team for taking such wonderful care of us and making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return the next time we're in Laos!     The grounds are peaceful and beautiful (plants, tables outside). Mr. Tom (pronounced Tome) was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 stars for his service. The mattress was comfortable and that is important for a good nights sleep. The location of this property is off the chart! You wake up and the morning market is literally right outside the gate! The night market is a 1 minute walk away as well. It's not a place with a great view 'outside' the property, but inside is a little oasis.

    It was very quite and secluded. Perfect place to have a get away holiday. Staff is extremely helpful, especially the manager Khanoi helped us to sort out everything which I am forever grateful for. Overall, lovely place to stay and should get at least 4-5 stars.

    The hotel is a hidden gem, down a quiet lane, but only a 10 minute walk back into the centre and the Night Market. The building is a beautiful extended villa, which is a very modern and light style. The Rooms are spacious, Breakfast is superb and the Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is really nice, it's a decent 15-18 metre length, so pretty good if you want to do some lengths. It's well worth paying a bit more, as the facilities, rooms and service is 5 Star..... you will not be dissapointed!!
