AMAZING… everything was just perfect, it exceeded expectations. Such a beautiful colonial style building restored with great quality furniture, design and great attentions to details. I don t have enough place here to express how great we felt. We were the only guests (our group) which made the experience even better. And the pool.. super clean, with amazing view. Take a tour around the property on the trails, it is amazing. - very confortable and large rooms; - food was also amazing, great breakfast, also din er we tried local food, very good. - it is a secluded location, in the middle of nature, away from traffic and crowds, so enjoy it at its best Mr Angelo was very nice and explained everything And the library ❤️ All of us loved our stay here! By the way: the detailed photos from booking are extremely accurate.

Santani is an one of a kind hotel. Hung by the mountains, it is a place to relax and recharge. The staff is absolutely amazing, food is divine with either Sri Lanka option or European. The view from the hotel is absolutely unique. The rooms are beautiful, very well designed, and comfortable. Spa facilities (we haven’t tried the massages) are also unique.

The peace and quiet. The wonderful staff, particularly Anush(?) the cheap and major domo of the property, overseeing everything to make sure it was perfect. Before coming here we ate in some of the best restaurants in Colombo - The Art Gallery Cafe, Gini and the Galle Face Hotel - Anush’s cooking was superior in every way. I stayed overnight at this hotel and was very pleased. The room is comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Delicious and varied food is prepared and served upon request at any time. The owner of the hotel Anju is friendly and caring, very pleasant to talk to and friendly. On vacation in Sri Lanka and passing trough Kandy for 2 days, we received a very warm welcome from our hosts Shiha and Nigel! Everything was perfect, the house is magnificent, spacious, fresh and finely decorated! We loved Shiha's dishes, excellent cuisine!
