Amazing and friendly staff, big and lovely room, great location. After traveling for a while I was looking forward to a pool day which unfortunately wasn’t possible as there was an issue with the filter in the pool which would have been nice to learn in advance. Also had an issue with power cuts for the steam in the spa but ended up chatting to and getting to know the lovely staff for a long time instead which was super nice. A bit on the pricey side, but definitely recommended if within your budget and a nice relaxing stay :-)

Everything was excellent. The staff upgraded the room for us, so it's worth the money very much. The location was right at the central area. The breakfast was great with terrific view at the rooftop. We could also leave the luggage here while we went for a 4-day trekking.

The team and Ram arranged everything for us effortlessly, even when we needed to change already booked plans due to a friend getting sick. All the staff were incredible : Roshan, Pervin and Niroj. The place is really quite and with beautiful views to the mountain. The food was amazing . My Room was really spacious and the toilet as well but need a renovation
