Excellent experience. The hotel is at foot distance from main turistic street in the town and the room was cleaned and nice (also providing daily extra cleaning). Rich and excellent breakfast. Very good check-in experience with very welcomming, prepared and kind personnel. Definitely recommended.

Great hotel! Very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a good travel desk for arranging activities. The hotel has a spa and we had good massages. The overall facilities of the hotel is great. Location is up on a hill so the views are beautiful. A bit of a climb but if you don’t want to walk the hotel has a free shuttle. Would definitely come back!

A very beautiful hotel with a Tuscan feel to it. The breakfast buffet caters for many diets and tastes. The spa treatments are top notch with very well trained staff. I stayed there a couple of times and the comfort of the mattresses varied from cushioned to firm. It's a good place for families, with lots of children playing in the swimming pool. The staff were lovely and friendly (special mention to Hari).
