The hosts left very easy to follow instructions to access the unit and left us treats and umbrellas which was a nice extra touch. The bed was also comfortable and it was the first place we had on our trip that had air conditioning, which was great.

The service levels from the Concierge (in the main hotel across the road) were excellent; the breakfast in the restaurant was of very high quality, and our Residence itself was beautiful - in a great location, spacious and superbly appointed. The building itself is very old but the modern renovation has been done impeccably. The terrace at the rear was also beautiful and perfect for taking a break from city sightseeing. Highly recommended!

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, room service and currency exchange for guests. Stunning hotel, with lovely and helpful staff. The reception staff could not have been more accommodating and nice. And set a lovely tone for our stay and this continued to all other departments. The guys on the bar were brilliant, chatted to us and joking. And in true Bar man style remembered us everytime we turned up.
