When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. This is not an easy task Mitsis Alila do this without fault. Thank you to all we will see you again soon.
