This historic Villa is surrounded by ancient parkland where the main air-conditioned restaurant, the pool, the miniclub and the tennis courts are found. The park even extends down to the hotel's private beach. The location was phenomenal. Breathtaking views everywhere. The rooms were large and clean. The pool and the private beach were amazing. Somehow the food was even more spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about every meal we had. I would recommend this site to anyone. The price is worth it and the travel to get there is worth it. They helped us set up taxis both on the island and once we were back in main Italy. We did a facial and massage while here as well and again cannot say enough good things. I have to come back.

Located in front of the sea on Viareggio's promenade, the Grand Hotel offers 2 restaurants, a wellness center and a pool with a hydromassage on the rooftop terrace with views of the Versilia coast and the Apuan Alps. This was probably the best hotel I ever stayed in. The staff was exceptional, offering to assist us in any way possible. Additionally, the hotel does an extraordinary job giving the guests everything possible, even a going-away gift of chocolates and water. There are staff members throughout the property assisting the guests. The facilities are beautiful, with all details attended to, including beautiful art sculptures. The buffet breakfast is one of a kind. The rooftop pool is spectacular. I will be back.

Accommodation is scattered in villas set in the gardens, or in the main building. Rooms are spacious and airy, each provided with free wired internet, air conditioning, and Acqua dell'Elba toiletries. All rooms have a private balcony or patio. The family room was perfect, with a clear space for our kids and a lovely space for us with walk in wardrobe. The beach is great, not crowded at all and the beach restaurant was amazing, the staff there were super friendly and accommodating, with some nice vegan options in addition. We also met some really friendly families there so our kids had friends to play with. The atmosphere is exclusive but not snooty, just perfect. Families are made very welcome. We can't wait to come back.

It is surrounded by a landscaped garden equipped with an outdoor pool with hydromassage jets. The location is wonderful and quiet. Very close to the centre. Bikes to rent for 10 euros a whole day. I enjoyed the music at the lobby. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. Clean rooms and has a balcony. You can choose a pillow from their pillow menu which suits everybody.

The Eden’s rooms come with free WiFi and a minibar. Most have a balcony, and some offer Tyrrhenian-Sea views. Great location a short walk from the beach. Restaurants located on all sides. Hotel breakfast was fantastic. Room was spacious for my wife and children.
