This 5-star design hotel is set in a quiet tree-lined boulevard in a residential area in the heart of Genoa, a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street XX Settembre and city centre. Melia hotel is super! Personal, comfort! Clean, beautiful inside and outside, pleasure even to watch this space. Room (superior) and beds was spacious and comfortables! Breakfast is perfect! Our stay at the Capitolo Riviera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the train station, making it a breeze to explore the stunning Riviera. The hotel itself is a modern gem, with sleek, beautifully designed architecture and impeccable landscaping that create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem.

Fabulous place to call home while we explored Cinque Terre! Room is 7 minute walk to train station. Bed and sofa bed were both comfy and Matilda set us up with great local restaurant recommendations and sight-seeing ideas. Snacks and coffee were on hand to enjoy on the patio. This is not a hotel - no lobby or front desk, but Matilda was available on WhatsApp any time and super lovely and helpful!

A really great starting point, as it's close to the highway exit and there's no need to waste time driving into the city. Wonderful view of the open sea. The large parking area offers plenty of space for multiple cars. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We stayed on the top floor and had a small balcony. There’s a lot of space around the house for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, so we didn’t miss out on anything. Exceptionally friendly and caring hosts. We could also use a swiming pool, what we didn't expect as we stayed at the end of April.It was a plesant suprise.
