Very clean! You could have a mosquitonet, but it's not needed. And there are blankets if it's getting cold! Good location - a short walk to the center. I recommend having dinner at the Themparadu restaurant!!!

The host, Namal, was extremely helpful and made sure all our needs were taken care of. A special mention to their wonderful caretaker, Qasim, who was so kind and accommodating — he generously provided us with coffee, creamers, and sugar whenever we asked. The kitchen was well-equipped with all kinds of appliances and cutlery, which made it very convenient for us. We especially loved the decorative touches and the overall vibe of the space. If I could rate it out of 10, I’d happily give it a 100! 🥰 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Nuwara Eliya.

What made this place truly unforgettable was the staff , starting from the reception, restaurant to the pool attendant they were superb. Rushanthani and Nadan especially stood out—not just friendly, but genuinely kind and thoughtful. They upgraded our rooms and our meal plan without us asking, which was such a lovely surprise. When it was time to leave, they even packed snacks for our journey—little things like that show how much they care.Honestly, one night just isn’t enough to take everything in and really enjoy all this hotel has to offer. If you can, stay at least two nights—you won’t regret it. I’m already looking forward to coming back one day to this warm, welcoming place and its amazing people. Kudos to the hotel management
