Guests can grab a drink and a bite for breakfast, lunch and dinner at EP’s Bar & Grill. Everything about the hotel was great. Nice big pool with hot tub next to it. Bell hop service. Bar and grill. Fine dining restaraunt with special holiday meals. Daily breakfast buffet. Most of the staff was nice, friendly, and attentiitive.

Lookout Mountain is 5 km away. Everything was delightful and decorated for Christmas. Location was convenient to the electric buses which were a bonus. Felt the food service could have been better and it would have been nice to have breakfast included in our stay. Had lobster bisque one evening and was ill the next two days with gastro issues. Not sure if it was food poisoning but I had all the symptoms. We ESPECIALLY enjoyed the Haunted 311 Room tour given by John who is a talented actor.
