The hotel offers free WiFi access. What we liked was the nice and bright entrance. There was a water stand and we received a glass of refreshing cool lemony water. When we went up to the room it became clear this was a newly opened hotel. The smell of fresh and new carpet, the look and feel, everything. The room was superb. Big, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, amazing shower and a separate toilet. It was quiet, clean, cool and the swimming pool is amazing, not to forget about the breakfast though. Breakfast was delicious and all fresh. 10/10 recommend.

Mercure Carcassonne Porte De La Cite features air-conditioned rooms with modern en suite facilities. Rooms are decorated in pastel tones and overlook the garden or the Montagne Noire. The pool was lovely, and location, so near to Cite..staff very welcoming and helpful.

It was genuine and sincere sunshine and it made my stay.

Located in Saint-Raphaël, Mercure Saint Raphael Centre Plage faces onto a wide boulevard leading to the beach, which is less than 45 metres away. It offers air-conditioned guest rooms and free WiFi in public areas. It was very clean, the rooms were modern, the staff was extremely friendly (all of them). The location was perfect. The beach was right in front of the hotel. And to top it all off, they have a baobab tree in front of the hotel entrance.
