Our room was quiet. When we couldn't get hot water in the sink, staff were immediately available solved the issue on the spot (it's a new hot water system...) Otherwise address heavier curtains. I couldn't sleep for all the lights on outside. The mattress needs replacing. Other than that all other room facilities were fine. Hot showers, great towels, tea and coffee, and a good heating system.
