The owners invested in the accommodation which is furnished with good branded appliances and utensils! Sally, the owner, is very friendly and she grew beautiful flowers around the accommodations. Clean, comfortable, homely, cooking facilities, close to the main town and the university and Julie and Mike and Mel were super nice. We have found our regular spot to stay in Dunedin.
