The facility is being updated by the new owners.The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.The location is ideal close to the park and a two minute drive downtown .We walked everyday in the park and strolled to the Holiday fireworks. The staff even fixed a small problem with our car.This facility is being updated vigorously and will only improve .

The room was excellent - clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed was very good, better than many other places I've stayed in. The location was fantastic - right in New Plymouth and close to everything.

The owners of the place are very hands-on and friendly. They often learn names and they have interest in making sure you have a good day. The location is quite nice as it's in a residential area but a few blocks walk from Central New Plymouth plus two blocks away from the incredible Pukekohe park. It's an excellent and very comfortable base for all your new Plymouth adventures. Especially since they have a shuttle service to go do many of the Egmont and Taranaki walks
