Easy to find and the owners were easy to work with. We were a late arrival and they made getting access easy.

The owner was great. She gave us suggestions for dinner, directions to the grocery store, directions to the local attractions and suggested a place to get a quick breakfast. The room was good sized, clean and neat.

It was such a great property for kids. Each of the units were super private. We stayed in the Train Unit and the view was lovely. There was a surprising amount of space internally as well. It was also really close to the Waitomo Caves. The hosts were so accommodating and check in was super easy. We can’t recommend this property enough!

Friendly staff. Clean and well stocked rooms.Rooms were very spacious. Central location to shops, kiwi house, swimming pools, playground and mini golf which were working walking distance.
