Very good and accommodating staff

I love everything our room is spacious and clean. They are also cleaning the room everyday. We love the breakfast they are serving different type of foods. Staff are trying their best to communicate with us. Hotel is near 7-11 where a staff their speaks english so it’s easy to ask the locations of the places.

The room was quite spacious for the price. It had an entryway, full bedroom with separate bath and jacuzzi as well as an outdoor sitting area.

We had an incredible stay at Chao Motel during our recent trip to Taoyuan, Taiwan. This was my first trip to Asia and my first trip to Taiwan, so I didn’t know what to expect. I had reached out to the motel prior to our trip with questions and they were very responsive, which I was very impressed with their customer service. The rooms were immaculately clean, modern, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a spacious shower and high-quality toiletries. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep every night. I really appreciate the air purifier in the room. My mom got sick on day 2 of our trip and I truly believe the air purifier and daily cleanliness prevented me from getting the same throat infection my mom had. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were always ready to assist with calling a taxi for us, and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. The motel’s location was another highlight – conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Taoyuan and beyond. Chao Motel also stood out for its peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for relaxing after long days of sightseeing. Our family, including my 13-year-old daughter, found it to be the ideal base for our trip. The breakfast was delicious and was included. I chose this motel because it offered both western and Taiwanese cuisine. You can get eggs made to order every morning and their special meal of sirloin beef, shrimp and squid was delicious! My daughter loved her scrambled eggs and chicken nuggets. We enjoyed the variety of foods too. There is a car port/garage where you can park your car and the room is above on the second floor. I never stayed in an accommodation like this before but I loved it and so did my family. We highly recommend this motel for anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and convenience in Taoyuan.

The breakfast was fantastic! It's eastern and western combined!

The room is good for group events. It has private pool, ktv and hot tub. The location was convenient as it can be a walking distance to the station.

There was a hot water dispenser in the room. They silently deliver breakfast right outside the room early.

Almost everything. The room was comfortable and the TV options were good. Full shower with spa tub. Even could hook up my computer to the TV with an HDMI cable. Only problem was the location made using it a bit inconvenient. Breakfast buffet was good and the WiFi was far above average. Fast most of the time with only a couple of minor slowdowns in the morning. I was able to upload photos and videos without any problem. Wonderful place. Hope to see you all again.
