Motels in Rehoboth Beach

Old motel like what you'd expect to find in a beach town. Short walk to beach and main strip of restaurants. Restaurants and shops 1 block away, beach 2 1/2 blocks away. Motel does not currently provide a breakfast, but nearby restaurants have great breakfasts at reasonable prices. Room was comfortable and clean. Motel staff were friendly and courteous.

I chose the motel for the option of only booking one night. The location and price were fantastic! The staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Wow!!! My husband and I had a perfect time in Rehoboth thanks to this lovely motel and its attentive staff! The first thing I expected was a musty, dank room —- and I was so pleasantly surprised that it was CLEAN!! No mustiness, clean sheets every day, clean towels, just A+++ and for the price and location it can’t be beat! You won’t be staying at a 4 star luxury hotel but it’s perfect for what it is. Much love for High Seas!!

Very clean and the best location. An old style motel room with no frills. Free parking was a big plus. Staff was very accommodating for extra towel requests and items.

The motel room was on the snug side, fine for two people. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi and TV reception was fine. The location was excellent, and, as advertised, within a short distance to the resort's many restaurant, shops, boardwalk and beach. Parking was specific to the motel. Our room was equipped with s small refrigerator and microwave plus a small table and chairs. For a two-night stay, it was fine.

Everything it is a beautiful remodeled motel, location is great as well. Hope to stay again

The motel location was great. Free parking was excellent. I didn’t drive the whole time I was there. I could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Everything was dated but clean. The staff was very friendly. It was quiet at night and I slept comfortably.
