Situated in the centre of the village, Lake Tekapo Village Motel offers rooms with lake views. Free WiFi and free private parking is available. Twizel is a 40-minute drive from the property. Location is right in the middle of the town and only meters from restaurants. Parking is right at your door. We had room 12 which was warm and the bathroom was very large and would be suitable for anyone who need accessible facilities. There was a view from the front landing of the mountains and the lake but it was through buildings. The bed was comfortable, and the room was large. Breakfast at Doughboy Cafe was included and was a full hot breakfast which was great. The staff at the accommodation were friendly and helpful.

Clean bathrooms, functional kitchen, electric blankets and heater to keep warm, an abundance of tea and coffee. The two bedroom unit was super spacious and had two huge, comfortable, queen sized beds. It was a perfect stopover location and Ashley was super helpful on the phone.
