The staff spoke good English and was very helpful. We would highly recommend booking a private dinner in your room for at least one night where you'll get overwhelmed by the enormous diversity of the Japanese cuisine. This Hotel also provided FREE shuttle service from 3pm - 7pm from Lake Kawaguchiko Bus Station, and morning Shuttle to bus station from 8am - 10am. This Hotel is located just near to Yagizaki Park, which is a great spot for photos of Mt Fuji, strongly recommend. The rooms were very clean and cozy, having a private onsen just outside of the room is the main highlight of the stay. The onsen is right outside on the deck with trees surrounding it, it creates a soothing and tranquil experience.
