Staff were lovely. Stocked mini bar. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge. The Kaiseki style breakfast in private dining area was amazing. Plus an indoor and outdoor private onsen in the room. The accommodation was very elegant and had a boutique luxury vibe. The rooms are beautiful, spacious yet cozy. The private onsen in the bathroom was absolutely divine, not to mention the property also has indoor and outdoor onsens attached (both great). The futons were like sleeping on clouds and we had one of the best night's sleep of our lives. The dinner at the restaurant was a delicious and wonderful experience.
