Family of 4 pax with 2 children age 5&7. We love our stay very much! Hotel is really near train station, theres free shuttle service too. Hotel is really clean, every guests are required to take off shoes and they even cleaned our luggage wheels upon entering, i love the concept. However the area for us to wear shoes is small hence it can be quite of a hassle when it is crowded. There’s free yukata rental, free drinks at the lobby, popsicle and ramen (within specific time). Hotel has everything we need and we had a great time relaxing. Our room is really spacious with a traditional bath tub my kids enjoyed alot. Kids also have their own separate room to sleep, love this privacy. We went for public bath, private bath, it such a great place to unwind after a day of snow play. The breakfast and dinner kaiseiki spread were sumptuous. It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend anyone to try it! Do remember to book in advance!

Location was great and they had all the facilities you’d need, including onsite ski rental. The breakfast was wonderful everyday and having the option of the public onsen or booking in a private onsen was a real bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Excellent services, they really make you feel like a VIP to the hotel, they welcome you to your room with welcome cake and drink of your choice and do the checking in the dining room of your room, a big thank you to everyone that served us, all of you did more than a great job, amenities from ferragamo and la mer, good breakfast, close to a number of ski resorts, walking to the hotel form the station takes 5-10 mins only depending on how much you are carrying, they can send a shuttle to pick you up if you call them anyways, the room is huge with private indoor and outdoor onsen.

The whole apartment is a cozy place. Very clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner provided was also very delicious. We also joined the snowshoe tour and it was very fun. Totally enjoyed it.

Our stay was great, we were lucky to have a nice large corner room with two lovely big windows on the 3rd floor. The basement onsen was nice and hot. Best part of staying at Yuzawa Ski House is the free shuttle service to and from the ski resorts each day, just don't be afraid to ask the front desk for help! Staff were lovely and would stop and give us a ride back to the lodge if they drive past us walking in town. Fantastic location, right across the road from the Yuzawa Kogen gondola and on a busy street with lots restaurants and bars within a 10 min walk. 15 min walk from the shinkansen station.
