Good hot springs in a unique setting By making use of the four different pools it never felt too crowded The food was somewhat repetitive for 3 days and rather than the plan we will choose a la carte next time

breakfast was incredible, staff really helpfully, they have 3 different temperatures in the hot springs so you can choose where to stay. Beautiful facilites. they are willing to change the wet towels every time you need

Nice hot springs.

Beautiful house, amazing and big terrace, tastful breakfast, coffee/tea all day long, perfectly clean, showers with hot water and high water pression, TV room with netflix, comfortable and spacious common areas to meet people, big kitchen to cook your meals, dorms are spacious and provide a locker, big beds. Close to cable car station and cathedral to watch sunset. Staff is the best! They help organizing (multi-day)-hiking tours, excursions to hot springs and more..

Staff was great, very personable and attentive. They contacted us prior to the stay and helped us organize several activities which we really enjoyed, such as: hiking, horseback riding and a trip to the San Vicente hot springs. The location is very calm and natural. The hotel premises were very interesting with several activities and games such as cornhole, mini-ping pong, badminton, swings, campfires, jacuzzi, and a small playground.

Fantastic! Absolutely beautiful setting. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the main pool and waterfall. We really enjoyed the "expedition" hike to see the sources of the hot springs (which involved some climbing and rappelling!). Exceeded our expectations.
