They really went to extreme to ensure that we reach the best Kinosaki-experience. I forgot my ring, noticed it in the bus station and accepted my faith. However, they had noticed my ring and rushed to the bus to bring it to me - this is an example of their heartfelt attirude towards guests

The Kaiseki (dinner menu) and breakfast were included in our stay and we would highly recommend adding the option. The dishes were carefully prepared with fresh, local ingredients (especially the fish and seafood) and present the perfect opportunity to experience and savor traditional, Japanese cuisine. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Japan. We would especially like to highlight the service provided during our stay. From the moment you arrive, everything is being taken care of, from providing the complimentary Yukatas and assisting you in dressing appropriately, taking the time to introduce and explain to you the dinner and breakfast menus, explaining everything about Kinosaki and its onsen culture or simply taking care of your room. You can simply relax and enjoy yourself.

Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. Dinner and breakfast are excellence. Staffs at front and dining room are very professional and great service mind.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Great location. The dinners included were really special. Was great to have a traditional experience like this while in Japan.
