Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Everything was perfect! The capsule was very spacious and comfortable. The best one in whole Japan. The design of the Onsen and the whole Guesthouse in general is very cute and would love to go back.

Amazing hotel! We loved the cozy lounge with the fireplace and the thoughtfully prepared dinners. The ryokan room we stayed in was big and comfortable with a lovely view of the zen garden. The private onsen was a great way to relax and warm up since we were there in Feb. The location seemed a little far at first because it is a 15 min walk (or short bus) from Gora Station but it ended up being perfect. The hotel is near 4 bus lines so actually allowed us to get around to our hiking destinations, odowara station and the open air museum easily.

Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The view is great. A very pleasant stay, would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast was the best buffet we had in our whole trip. French toast are the best we’ve ever had! Bus stop to go around the area is right at the entrance to the hotel.

After walking every day, this was my break from it. Just laying in the private onsen on the balcony until dinner. Regarding the food. It was special. I had the steak set as I don't like seafood that much. Trust me when I say this, but you will not walk away hungry. Also, it is best not to eat before dinner. Head my warning because I did not. .
