Hotel mio offers a hot spring bath. The room was so charming and spacious. The bathroom had been renovated with an amazing bath tub to soak in the natural spring water. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was great - close to castle and koi street. There was a fantastic restaurant across the road.

We had an AMAZING stay at Iki Retreat. Everything was seamless - the hotel driver picked us from the lunch place directly (we went for lunch first when we arrived at Ashibe port - you can arrange everything through email before arrival), and throughout our stay, Katano helped us with everything as he was able to speak some English. Staff are impeccable and attentive, room with a magnificent view, private onsen on our private terrace, everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat was provided - drinks in the room, use of private bath and gym (gymwear also provided if needed) were provided with no extra charge. We opted to have breakfast and dinner included and the food was just out of this world. Delicious delicacies - iki beef, squid, teppanyaki, sashimi, sushi, condiments etc.....the chef will prepare everything in front of you. You do have to pay for the alcohol with dinner... Our jetfoil got cancelled and Katano and the staff helped to find alternatives for us as well. I could go on and on with only everything positive to say....

Unzen Miyazaki Ryokan features a 1,650-square-meter Japanese garden, natural hot spring baths, free Wi-Fi, an on-site bar, cafe, souvenir shop and an exclusive lounge for guests staying in rooms on the 4th floor. We (couple and an 8 month old baby) stayed for 3 nights in November and everything was great. The staff were amazing. Sho-In and the rest of the team treated us like family and were so attentive. The food was phenomenal with a different kaiseki meal every night and morning. The onsen were adequately hot and beautiful, also with a cold plunge pool and sauna. Gardens out the front of the dining area were also beautiful. The room (we stayed on level 3) was great, comfortable beds, beautiful lookout to see the autumn colours. Parking available for a small fee of 500 yen per night. We cant wait to come back!

Located in Sasebo, just a minute's walk from the entrance of Huis Ten Bosch, Hotel Okura JR Huis Ten Bosch features air-conditioned rooms and private parking. Guests can enjoy their choice of Western, Chinese or Japanese-style teppanyaki meals at the on-site restaurant. Good location, comfortable room with good view. Love the breakfast and private cruise to theme park.

Renovated in April 2018, i + Land Nagasaki is 18.5 km or a 40-minute drive from Nagasaki Station. A hot spring bath, sauna, garden and kids area are available for guests. The property provides a 24-hour front desk. We drove so it was alright for the location. It turned out to be a surprised it was a resort. We had a large room and our room had a so called 'living room' space. The hotel provides shuttle bus to fetch passengers from point to point. We walked between the hotel room and restaurant, it was scenic and beautiful along the way. A pleasure stay for us!
