The hotel location is absolutely amazing, the views are exquisite, the breakfast delectable, the heated infinity pool on the rooftop & last but not least, the hotel staff are so well trained, accommodating, professional, friendly & hospitable, we felt so welcomed from check in with Luna from Mexico who granted us the most amazing room upgrade to a serviced apartment on the 13th floor, room #1367 simply blew our mind. Prichard from Cameroon & Rodrigo from Argentina were always always super helpful & friendly & always smiling whilst going the extra mile for us...Thanks a lot guys, hope to return to your stunning hotel sometime soon :-)

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel located in a perfect spot right in the marina. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was absolutely incredible, taking care of every request with a smile. A special thanks to the front desk manager, Jihangin Usman Bianche, who upgraded our room and was extremely kind and welcoming. The housekeeping team - Ishag, Tarig, and Pathum - did an excellent job keeping our room spotless and were always so friendly. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!”
