The breakfast was absolutely delicious — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented every morning! The location was perfect: peaceful yet close to everything we needed, with stunning views and lovely surroundings. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure maximum comfort. It was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were incredibly spacious. The staff were kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The family, Zo and Bertie, are by far the kindest hosts we’ve ever met — genuinely warm and welcoming. A special thank you as well to the night receptionist Florian, bartender Florians, Ornella and cleaning staff for always being helpful and treating every request with kindness and professionalism. This stay truly exceeded all our expectations!

Emi is the most thoughtful & kindest host we have ever come across in all our travels!!! Our 5 night stay was amazing. The location for us was perfect for both the beach & the centre. The apartment was really spacious, super clean & very well equipped We loved our time there. And Thank you Emi for taking us to Sarande. Our stay in Ksamil could not have been in a better place. The hotel opened 2 weeks prior to our arrival but everything was perfectly set up for our stay to go perfectly. The rooms, installations, breakfast, pool, parking. Nothing to complain about! To top it off the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Igli, Aldo and the entire Noa Boutique team!!
