I'd stayed previously in another, more expensive, hotel in Jermuk, which I enjoyed but, WOW, this one was amazing. The entire venue looks swish and new, and my room was warm and comfy with superb WiFi and a huge SmartTV. The room was well stocked daily with both still and sparkling water. Breakfast was a great buffet with many options. I'd booked fully inclusive as I knew Jermuk had little in the way of restaurants. OMG. Dinner was an absolute and utter feast. I felt guilty every night that I left so much of the amazing food they brought. There was a plethora of salad options, along with several meats and cheeses, a selection of fruits, plus several cooked items and heaps of bread, butter and other items along with a carafe of compote and several bottles of water. The staff speak a little English, and I speak no Armenian or Russian, but that wasn't an issue. The reception staff speak good English and were very helpful. The room has lots of sockets, including different USB ports. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed (I've been on the road for nearly 10 years) that has USB-C ports as well as USB-A. I booked the hotel as I had a lot of work to do and wanted somewhere quiet for a few days. This hotel was perfect! I stayed in my room for most of the day, working, relaxing and watching TV. It was a great break from all my usual hectic travels.

The apartment is in good condition. Everything matches the photos on the website. The renovation is very good, and everything is clean and tidy. There is plenty of dishes and good household appliances. The host is very polite and helpful. This is definitely a high rating. We highly recommend it.

We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!

Genuinely one of the best places I've ever stayed. The beautiful and comfortable house, the kindness and generosity of Ani and Hayk, and of course the amazing view and tranquillity of the village and surrounding nature–it was absolutely incredible and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect service in combination with high level of sanatorium-resort treatment, extremely beautiful interior, location in one of the most handsome landscape make this place exceptional. Thanks to whole staff for careful attitude, desire to help and showing us that we really matter as guests.     Very nice and helpful staff, very nice room, comfortable beds, free parking, nice location, amazing swming pool and warm jacuzzi, modern facilities, hotel was luxury. The best was the staff on the bar which prepared for us some stuff and delivered it even to our room!
