We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!

The location is perfect if you want to escape from the busy city, stay at the lake and enjoy the fresh air. The manager David met us and was very helpful, telling us everything about the location and upcoming events. It was also difficult to organise a taxi to come back, David was ready to find the solution spontaneosly. The food also was very tasty.

I feel extremely happy to be in this location. It’s absolutely uniq in its atmosphere and idea. Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. Excellent location, beautifull view, very friendly host. Really big house with four bedrooms, large living space and amazing veranda which we liked the most. Secluded area, no big shops around. But you can buy everything you need at a small shop and bakery nearby. Some kitchen items were missing and immediately provided by the host. Thank you Azat, we were happy to stay at your house!
