Whenever we had a request they arranged it immediately. The selection of food at breakfast is huge. I asked for gluten-free bread and it was waiting for me at the same table every morning. We got an upgrade for the room without requesting, it was really huge and very comfortable. The sauna and wellness areas are very clean and have beautiful view to the mountains.
