The Marc Aurel was a great stopover while cycling the Danube. We arrived in a rainstorm and the receptionist went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of and bicycles were stored. Later she was our waitress at dinner and was there again next morning - she deserves a medal (or a raise).

Lovely old city within the old walls and with the castle nearby. The hotel is hostorical and is situated in the very center of the old city. Danube just 2 minutes away. Lovely walk arround the city and down the Danube. Great free parking. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Tasty food and good breakfast. It was a shame that next morning after our stay it was pouring with rain so we couldn't have walked any more.

3 spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, very clean. Warm hospitality well equipped kitchen and there is even loundry machine (and coffee & tea). The apartment located above the landlords but thers is fully privacy. Very close to many supermarkets and to shopping area Parndorf and only 25 minutes driving to airport.
