We received the best hospitality from these super hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We really enjoyed the welcome brownies baked specially for us including the simple breakfast. The rooms and hall were so spacious. what impressed us is the bathroom was super large and comfortable. we enjoyed the back to nature feel of this apartment. Plenty of room for four adults. So very well appointed. Beautiful kitchen. Very comfortable living/lounge area along with wooden fire which kept us very cosy. The outlook from the verandah while drinking wine was stunning. The hosts, Brent & Maria were very welcoming.

The rooms, host and extensive, beautiful and artfully decorated property and grounds were amazing! We especially liked that we were free to use the common rooms and facilities and to help ourselves to drinks and snacks - making it feel like it was our manor for a day! The room upgrade so that our rooms could be close together was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise. Had a nice time chatting with the host as well. Even the history and heritage of the building were interesting - read about the property itself and its artworks in books scattered throughout the property. =)

Set in a wonderful location, we were taken back by the quality and size of the place and the outlook. When we came back at night we saw all sorts of wildlife (one of the reasons for coming to Tasmania) and everything we could want was included. The lovely mix of old and new was set just right and we could want for nothing more.
