There wasn't a thing I didn't like. Diana and Larry were welcoming, friendly, kind, accommodating, funny and all the positive adjectives! I am new to Canada and felt very homesick and sad, but just seeing their bright and happy faces in the morning brightened up my mood. Diana is also a fantastic cook and Larry tells the best stories. Diana's mom was really cool and funny too. I miss their cats and their dog already, and I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the view was great, the food was great, the company was amazing and everything was perfect!!

Very clean and comfy! We came from calgary for my sons birthday. 25 minutes very little traffic too WEM and has lots of little parks around! New appliances and extremely responsive staff! When we come back to Edmonton we will definitely be staying here and maybe even bring some more family! 100/10 recommend Lots of appliances you wouldnt even think of that would be there. Lots of bathrooms as well.

    Loved the location. We parked in the underground parking when we arrived and left the vehicle for the rest of the stay. We walked downtown to various locations. Enjoyed the Farmers Market on Saturday, then took the LRT to Heritage Festival. Later that evening found a great restaurant/bar on Jasper Ave. The next day we walked the River Valley trails close to the Hotel. Awesome views. The Hotel Staff were all very accommodating and courteous. This was actually our 5th time staying here and we will definitely be back.

    It was close to the event I went to and walking distance. My car was safe in your parking lot. So I didn't have to worry about driving around looking for parking space. That was great. Also, Cora's breakfast was right there. Great breakfast.

    The hotel was clean and the food was good, but we had our truck broken into while it was parked in the underground parking lot. More security in the underground parking lot would be beneficial for the customer. Also at breakfast a window was smashed out by a homeless person. More security at the entrance ways would add more security for the customers. After both these incidences my husband and I did not feel secure or safe at the hotel.
