Host greeted us upon arrival, was very welcoming and helpful. We used the free bikes to go and get groceries, and the outdoor BBQ to make dinner. Our stay was great.

Nice and cute hotel, old building with lots of character. We had a room with a kitchen area. Large room, super comfortable. You can park just in front of the hotel... and there is the best mexican restaurant across the street. Perfect location to visit Stewart, walk the boardwalk on the estuary and go to the Fish Creek Wildlife Observation Site (Bear Viewing Platform) in Hyder, AK.

We were upgraded to the private cabin. So nice and cozy, felt like we were at home. For such a remote area there were some really great food options too. There’s a Mexican place on the main strip that’s about a 10 minute walk away. Definitely go there if you’re staying here, it was fantastic (quite pricey). Staff were lovely.

Everything about the stay was perfect. The suite offered a Queen bed in one room and a single bed in another, with a bathroom in between. The sofa bed in the larger bedroom has been updated since the pictures - very nice and comfortable. Martin and his wife were accommodating, friendly and we would love to stay again if we make it to Stewart again!

    The hosts were lovely people.. Made is feel very welcome. And made sure we know everything we needed to know..such as how lights work, parking and so on. They also provided information about the town.

    Nice location. Everything in Stewart is within easy walking distance. Very friendly and accommodating hosts - they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The offered covered parking for our motorcycles across the street at their own house. Cozy room and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Good coffee.
