This is a great hotel in an Ideal location on King west. Lots of great places to eat close by. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.

We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. It was in just the right place for my visit (I had a pleasant 20min walk to/from the office, while my colleagues in a swanky hotel were over an hour away by Uber...) and was no fuss - I could just turn up, let myself in and get comfortable.     This hotel is situated in a perfect location in the heart of downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is fantastic, especially on sunny days, and the lobby is vibrant and interesting. The valet parking is convenient (it's so pricey though). Additionally, the guest service is excellent, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant stay.

    We parked across the road in the City Hall underground parking lot. The signage to exit the parking lot was very poor. Luckily, another person happened to be also exiting and showed us the correct doorway / stairwell.
