The room was very clean and the patio was a nice place to sit and relax. You can walk out the door to a path that went all the way along the valley into Lavertezzo. The staff were very friendly at both the hotel and restaurant. They all did their best to accommodate us only speaking English. It was a short stay but wonderful.

Our experience at Rustico Cottage #2 was nothing short of delightful. Its ideal location in the heart of Maggia Valley, near the Ronchini bus stop, offered us stunning views. The cottage itself was a cozy haven, with a modern kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a refreshing shower in the bathroom. The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.
