The location was super great! Easy access to all the places in Baden and Therma 47. Marco is a super Host and made our journey so welcome and pleasant from preparation and until after the check-out. Robert was very communicative prior to arriving at the apartment. We were told how to access the keys and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great that we were able to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so quiet and peaceful, even though we were out exploring Zurich/Basel for most of our visit, we were still able to enjoy peace and quiet on the days when we decided to relax in Brugg. We had no issues during our stay and we would happily visit again should we travel to Switzerland in the future.

Bluebell is a lovely location, great welcome. Lovely touches like fresh flowers, cold beer in the fridge wine available, fabulous breakfast with warm croissants and second day breakfast available to order.kitchenette which is well stocked. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the breakfast area to the reception. They made it easy and enjoyable to communicate with them, which added to the overall positive experience. The room was fantastic—comfortable and well-maintained. The hosts were delightful and so helpful. We were comfortable and warm and found it easier to cook simple meals. We had been camping in the rain leading up to this and had a lot of wet washing which we were able to sort out overnight here. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for the 4 of us. The shower was hot and clean.
