Our stay at this property was exceptional by all means, the view from the spacious balcony and the living room on lake Thun is magical. The flat is refurbished recently and everything is new. The host Della and her family are very friendly and accommodating and go beyond the norms to make the stay comfortable. We will definitely like to come again and stay in the same place.

Breathtaking view, you feel like sleeping on top of the lake. Lovely hostfamily! Nice concept with the beautiful terrace-bar underneath the hotel. Self-checkin and -out work very well. I had the perfect break I was looking for and could easily recharge my batteries, even though it was just for one night at the "Haus am See". I'll come back for sure!

We spent three wonderful days in a real Swiss village! The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking — with majestic mountains, a peaceful lake and the fresh scent of country life all around. Eva, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even gave us a better room than we booked, which made my girlfriend’s birthday feel even more special. Waking up to that view on such a day — just wow! She was very attentive to my request and went out of her way to help — truly appreciated! The rooms had everything we needed, and the small kitchen was a perfect addition. There’s also a large shared kitchen downstairs and even laundry facilities, which was a big plus. A special thank you for the coffee machine and the capsules — a real treat for coffee lovers like us! One more big bonus — the parking was spacious, free, and totally stress-free, which made everything so much easier since we were traveling by car. There’s also a shop nearby, which came in really handy for quick snacks or groceries. My girlfriend and I recommend this place 1000%! Thank you, Eva!

The hospitality was excellent. Muna and Lucien were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was plentiful and beautiful. The room was also excellent with a view of the castle. It's in the old town, so it's guaranteed you will have an awesome, genuine experience.

Everything about it, the location is amazing, apartment is nice and comfortable and the access to Spa a great touch.However, the best part is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.
