The warm and genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel welcome immediately, as if we were old friends rather than first-time guests. Everything. We loved how attentive everyone at The Capra was, we felt very welcomed. We really enjoyed the spa, and the gym is really complete and has amazing equipment! We loved the food, both for breakfast and dinner! We'll definitely come back to The Capra.

The room was excellent, the view stunning, close to the parking. The staff was absolutely great, they really want to make you feel welcome, they receive you warmly. Furthermore, they care and want the client is happy. The restaurant and the menu is very nice and of excellent quality. The best hotel in Saas Fee we’ve been so far. We will return for sure.

    Egon and his family went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They helped me arrange rental skis for the weekend and personally directed me to the best restaurants within walking distance. Parking at the hotel was convenient and the bus stop for Saas Fee was right across the street.
