This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. Karlovy Vary is one of the destinations everybody should visit! it is a very beautiful clean and save town full of history, good rests and attractions. the hotel Pupp is the legendary historical hotel. so there was not even a question where to stay during our visit. It fulfils all your high expectations: starting from a welcoming smooth check in and the spectacular room with an amazing view, ending with a small thank you gift by a hotel at the check out. We couldn’t be more happy with a stay! Ther room was huge, bright with a lot of windows, Spa area is amazing! food and the cocktails at the restaurant were beyond the expectations! highly recommend Pupp as a part of Karlovy Vary visit experience.

Amazing villa, newly refurbished in style and with hugh quality. Excellent location, especially that there is also a shop nearby. I appreciated a lot having bins for recycling: quite a rarety in accommodation places. The offer of a beer and lemonade from a local producer was another nice element.

3 of us stayed 6 nights in the apartment. The beautiful spa centre of Karlovy Vary was within walking distance. We bought a 7-day local bus pass, which was very convenient for accessing town centre, supermarkets, train station. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. All equipment for cooking was available. Providing some cooking oil would be useful. Katrin was very warm and helpful, quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again if we visit Karlovy Vary.

This has been one of the nicest apartments I ever booked while traveling. It must have been renovated recently. It was extremely clean and very well equipped, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and there is a big table where we could have our meals. We also had everything we needed for cooking and even could make some coffee in the mornings. The location is also super nice, there is a great Italian restaurant just around the corner, as well as a grocery store and a bus stop. The touristy areas and the old town can be reached by walking 5 minutes downhill: you can find the thermal water springs and the restaurants there. The way back to the apartment requires a bit of stamina :), but it’s nothing a person in a fairly good shape couldn’t do. We hope to visit Karlovy Vary again and when we do I’ll definitely check if one of the Katrin apartments are available.
