The person at the check in was super friendly. The room was very big, which was great as we traveled with a dog. The room was located on the bottom floor, so we could easily get out with the dog. In the evening we relaxed in the sauna and the fitness was well equipped.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large if a little dated. Lift only went to the 1st floor, which wasn't ideal as we had large heavy cases with us. We would stay there again, but would only stay if we could guarantee ground or first floor. The bed was large but a little on the hard side.

    Entry and parking instructions were very clear and the apartment was just what we needed, a short walk into the town centre offered a varying range of places to eat, which was great. The apartment itself was larger than anticipated, so that was a lovely surprise!

    The hotel is immaculately kept, clean and well decorated, the staff were very pleasant. The hotel is easy to find and close to the motorway so very easy access. plenty of parking and it felt safe.
