Brand new completely refurbished building in one of the best locations in los alcazares. Seconds from the beach so you don't have to carry anything any distance. Yards from the best chiringuitos here for a drink or two at night with great atmosphere. Ten minute walk along the promenade to the main square. I had a studio at first which was lovely but moved to a bigger room with balcony which has amazing views right along the promenade/beach and where you can watch the sunset. Highly recommend it!! Fantastic value. Simple things like having a washing machine saves so much hassle.

The place is really a 10/10. Extremely clean and well equipped, we bought some things for the kitchen and the discovered they had spare things already (sponge, paper). Location is excellent, some 3 minutes from the Panoramic Elevator, while the place was calm with no surrounding noises. Excellent central heating system with separate command units in first and second floor. The unit has a garage. Metal house entrance door. The unit was equipped with complete dedication. Decoration was very pleasant. Very nice terrace on the fourth level, where they even have a grill. Very good WiFi connection. Good LG tv in the living room. In front of the house there is a very strong street light, giving a night safety feeling. Communication with landlord was very good indeed. Check-in system via remote opening. The house has a lot of sunlight. I think the windows facing the road were sound proof. The master bedroom has a nice balcony. Would I return to this house? YES

What I liked the most was, in general, the entire apartment; I found it spectacular. Given its location right in the city center, I thought the price was very affordable.
