The property is beautiful, the food delicious and the stuff amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and caring. It snowed while we stayed there and the staff even helped with the cars so they were not stuck under the snow. The half-board menu is superb. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

    Pros: - spacious clean rooms with stunning views - really great employees, everyone is very helpful and kind, they definitely compensate for the hotels shortcomings -great massage in the spa thanks to the lovely manager - valet service

    I am delighted with the hotel! Immediately after booking, the concierge service wrote to me on WhatsApp, they found out about the arrival of special dates and wishes. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel employee drove the car into the parking lot, it was very convenient, I have never seen such a service in Europe. The room turned out to be very comfortable and cozy. Equipment rental, changing room, lifting cabin, everything is nearby and very convenient. the staff is caring, the breakfasts and dinners are excellent.
