Everything. The room had everything I needed. A fridge, coffee machine, they even provided a kettle at my request. Kitchen also had a microwave and stove top, I didn’t cook but could have if I wanted to. There was even a steamer in the wardrobe to give my clothes a once over after they’d been in my case. The location is PERFECT. Walking distance to everything. Guggenheim, shops, there’s bars and restaurants nearby, pastelerias. The old town is not far and I even went to an event at Bilbao arena and walked there though the area I cut through didn’t feel that safe to come home through so I took the bus right back to behind the hotel. Really had a great stay here and would recommend anybody wanting to be in the centre to consider a stay here, especially for the price.

The hotel has everything you want in a luxury stay. The bedroom was well laid out with coffee and tea facilities and a fridge. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and there’s plenty of storage. I loved the ambient lighting and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for accessing all the sights of Bilbao with the river view and the Guggenheim next door. Lovely bar and seating areas in the hotel with great terrace for enjoying the view. Parking was fun!

The apartment was absolutely stunning. Seems to be just renovated. So clean with stunning views over old town Bilbao. Everything in the apartment was clearly top quality. Beds, linens etc. location could not possibly be better. Just a few steps to a beautiful plaza in old town with lots and lots of restaurants with stunning pinxtos and wine. You would think it couldn’t get better, but then there’s the host Carlos. So communicative with great advice and recommendations. Just a super nice guy. My only disappointment is I didn’t get to meet him and go for a few beers 😂

    Very welcoming staff. Breakfast was great and the rooftop terrace opposite the Guggenheim was beautifully designed. Great to have underground parking and valet service to park and return the car. We arrived very early off the ferry and they had a room available for us which was unexpected but really helpful

    Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Close to the river and all major sites and points of interest. Very clean rooms, nicely presented and very comfortable beds. Great that they could reserve car parking for us at the public parking lot. (It is about an 8 minute walk away and cost 17 Euro for a night and a day.) Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    The hotel's location is very convenient. The metro is in a two-minute walk distance, and there is a taxi stop nearby. You can reach the Guggenheim or Palacio Euskalduna on foot. The neighbourhodd looked quite safe. The room is very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. A huge underground parking lot is connected to the hotel. Though I paid about 29 euros for two days. Not cheap, but it was OK for me, since I didn't have to worry about the car during my stay.

    The property was great value for money. It was in a good location although coming back up the hill is daunting at the end of a long day walking around the city. We also like having a balcony and secure parking nearby.
