The hotel was brand new and the owner very friendly and welcoming. There is a lake and restaurant a short drive away where all the townsfolk gather at sunset. Very pretty old stone village.

Although not a modern hotel Tierra de Lobos had everything we needed for our stay. We were greeted by host Victoria who was extremely helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate, the fresh orange juice was lovely. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the beautiful river. A steep walk up into the town was well worth it as the old town is amazing.

Hotel Treixas is located in Puebla de Sanabria, within the Sanabria Nature Reserve.

The front desk staff were kind, gracious, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Jorge, the Jefe de Sala, was very professional and accommodating. His staff was top-notch and he ran the dining room very smoothly. The food was excellent. Compliments to the Chef de Cuisine.

Set close to the Lago de Sanabria natural park, the Hotel Meleiros offers peace and wonderful views. It is close to the A-52 motorway, and offers free onsite parking.

Brand new bungalow cabins in rural spot, only few kilometres from beautiful lake Sanabria. Staff were friendly, professional and so helpful. You can park straight outside, access was super easy with a code and house was immaculate.
