The property is in a good location, short walk from the beach in a quiet residential complex. It is clean, spacious and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket and restaurants about a 15 minute downhill walk. Barbora has lots of excellent recommendations of things to do and see both in the local area and further afield in Lanzarote.

Spacious apartment, close to shops, restaurants and the sea. From here it is easy to reach any part of the island. Parking lot available. The place was clean, there were kitchen supplies as well as all the necessary for the bathroom. The contact point was always available. Check in was smooth and fast. The appartment is in a quiet location (even if there is pathwalk right under the balcony) with beautifull view on ocean. Just few steps to the beach. A lot of restaurant and stores in near area. Elisa is really nice. She wrote me before our arrival and waited for us at reception. She also asked during our stay if everything is ok.

    I like that the room and hotel was very big with a free parking lot, nice views from the balcony and nice interior and many facilities in case you don't wanna leave the accommodation. The staff was very nice except from the Towel guy which was very grumpy. Many options when it comes for breakfast and dinner.
