Gregory’s property was perfect for our 5 night stay in Givet. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything one needs for a self catered stay. The rooms were spacious and everything were of excellent quality. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring the Ardennes in France and Belgium. Two large supermarkets were within walking distance making it more convenient.

    Fair price (49€), quiet environment, free parking, near supermarket and couple of restaurants. Check-in 24/24, friendly and professional staff. The room was overall clean. The bed was ok and the pillow, although tin was not uncomfortable. Electric socket easy to access. Nice shower. For one night it was overall fine.

    Hotel staff were extremely helpful, allowed us to park our motorcycles in their secure parking. Bar shut fairly early hotel allowed us to buy items after they had closed. We stayed during hot temperatures and the room was very warm. Facilities were slightly dated but perfect for a quick stop over before setting off again the next day.

    Good location with convenient and secure parking. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was as described and as the photo's. Air conditioning worked well and was appreciated in the warm weather. Both people on reception that checked us in were friendly and helpful. The furnishings are dated but for the cost it really doesn't matter.

    It was a good value-for-money option. We just needed a bed, a breakfast (which was ok as "standard") and free parking for one night and a good price and we had all of these. Nearby Givet is also a nice city, recommended for a visit.

    Nothing we never got to stay there. The only thing I can say positive about the alternative hotel, and I struggled to find anything, is that it had electric gates on the secure parking. A good coffee maker in the room ( shame I only like tea )

    A regular Ibis Budget hotel for our family looking for an affordable accommodation, clean room, free onsite parking, and tasty breakfast on the busy road trips. Bunk bed is definitely reasonable for our daughter.
