The facilities were ideal for our needs. We stayed overnight en route to our final destination. It was decently equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The TV was good with Netflix/Disney/Prime apps available (you need your own log ins) and WiFi was excellent. The area was quiet and parking was easy. We had a spot on the street right in front of the house but there is also a private spot available. If you want to eat out, I'd recommend booking in advance as there weren't many places within walking distance but several a short drive away. There is a supermarket within walking distance, open until around 8pm so you can pick up items for a meal.

I have been several times to chateau les muids. Its a great place if you are traveling through France as it is near the motorway. The building and decor is everything a castle should be with rich wood paneling and decorations that feel traditional and warm. The staff are wonderful. So kind and generous.

Location is superb, really quiet. Accommodation was perfect for us three. Good shower, good beds, even the sofa bed was good, and that’s rare. Lots of friendly animals, which you can feed in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation, which is full of character and in a glorious, peaceful setting. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating and the bed was extremelly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious too.

We liked everything. We had stayed here in July with our granddaughter and we liked it so much that we decided to stay again on our return to UK. The bed is so comfortable as is the bedlinen. Florence and her husband are so welcoming and helpful. The location is in a quiet and calm village which is easily accessible from the main roads. Breakfast was plentiful with homemade produce. Florence had remembered that I was unable to eat wheat and on both occasions had baked a cereal biscuit especially. The outside space had a swimming pool and a table tennis table which we used Thank you for your accueil chaleureux. A la prochaîne annee!!

    Friendly and informative owner of the property. Large bedroom with excellent en suite, both immaculately clean. Characterful dining room with a superb choice of food for breakfast. Free car parking available both inside and opposite the property. The property is situated very close to the D2020 and with easy access to the A71 autoroute south of Orleans.
