Beautiful quirky stay, we had the small double room which was as big as most rooms anyway ! Lovely place and the hostess was so friendly and kind couldn't do enough for us. The room itself is lovely and clean the bed is comfy with a big window to let light in - the whole house is beautifully restored and is very old in fact the whole town centre seems to be undergoing a bit of a renovation The hostess told us of an event on at the Chateau in the evening which really made our stay if you have the chance take a walk up to the Chateau it's beautiful!!

We loved the hostess. She was very open and friendly. She made reservations for us to have dinner at local establishments. She gave us ideas of things to do in the area. The room is was large and comfortable with good beds. And the bathroom was enormous! We loved the breakfast that was prepared with great care.

We stayed at this lovely little hotel for just one night, but it left a great impression. The family room was enormous — one queen-size bed, a single bed, and even a comfortable seating sofa. The bathroom was also spacious and thoughtfully designed. Everything was impeccably clean from top to bottom. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Honestly, I’d always choose a family-run place like this over a big, impersonal hotel chain. Places like this deserve all the support — we’re always cheering for businesses that do it right!
